Perfect place to stay close to some very nice beaches, close to Chania, and close to the airport. The house is very big, well equiped and cosy. There is a beautifull private pool in a serene environment. Frosso, the host, is so nice and always at your service. Thank you for the perfect stay!

The host Frosso is really very welcoming and available which left us with an amazing feeling of cretan hospitality ! Villa is beautiful, very comfortable. Only little issue is the pool. It is really great but you can see and hear the neighbours so we were a little afraid of being too loud but we were lucky as we were almost alone all stay !! Just something to take into consideration if you like to be completely alone but otherwise go for it very good property ☺️

We had a wonderful stay and booked three of the four villas for our family party of 15, which worked out brilliantly. The villas and pool were all excellent, very clean, spacious and well-equipped. There are a few restaurants in the village of Kounoupidiana within walking distance of the property and we hired a car for supermarket runs and to get to Marathi beach. We used the bus service to get into Chania (about 20 minutes journey) and beyond - the bus stop is just up the bank which was really handy and the buses are regular and cheap. Our lovely host, Frosso was extremely helpful and always available to help with local information and booking restaurants and excursions. She was so kind to us and really was a perfect hostess. We would highly recommend a stay at these beautiful villas. Thank you so much Frosso and Posarelli Villas!

We had such a wonderful stay at this villa! The owner has been very welcoming. She provided a bed and a chair for our baby which we greatly appreciated. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Having a private pool was the highlight during our stay! The location is perfect to visit the prefecture of Chania. We would go back again without hesitation! Thanks for the treat, it’s really appreciated ????

We stayed here for 7 nights and it was great! The host Frosso was very responsive and helpful whenever we asked questions. The villa was clean and had its own private pool. The location is good as there is a bus stop at the end of the road where you can get to Chania town from. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely return!

Our stay at this Villa was absolutely wonderful and relaxing. The place was very clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. The location was perfect for exploring the area (Chania, beaches and airport close by), and it had everything we needed and even more for a relaxing stay (there was a welcome gift from the owner which was very lovely!). What really made the experience special, though, were the owners. They were incredibly kind and welcoming, always available if we had any questions or needed recommendations. It’s clear they put a lot of care into their home, and it made our time there even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay close to Chania!

La propriétaire est adorable, gentille et très arrangeante. La maison était propre et très belle avec tout le matériel nécessaire. Le calme et la tranquillité y est omniprésent. La piscine est magnifique est fidèle aux photos. La vue de la maison ne donne pas sur la piscine qui reste néanmoins la plus jolie et la plus spacieuses de toutes. La situation géographique était parfaite pour nous: centre de xania (20 min), Balos (45min du port pour le fery) et elafonisi (1h50) en Voiture.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la villa ! au calme très bien équipée spacieuse avec un super espace piscine et merci à frosso est très serviable gentille et aux petits soins pour ses hôtes tout proche de la canée en voiture 10 mn et de plein de sites à visiter nous y reviendrons !Les recommandations sont déjà données dans un livret dans la villa top !
