Description

Villa Olympia is a large villa with a pool near the sea in Crete. It offers 7 bedrooms (2 are pass-through rooms) and accommodates up to 21 people. It is made up of 2 units which are not connected on the inside, and rented together to one group of family or friends at a time.
In April 2026 a brand-new pool will be at guests’ disposal. It will be the perfect place to spend time with family and friends during your vacation near the sea.
The interiors are comfortable and well-equipped. There is air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and the living area.
The sea is only about 400 meters away, and in Paralia Kournas (also called Kavros) there are shops, coffee shops, cafés, tavernas, supermarkets and access to the sandy beach that stretches for 9 km along the coast. Also very close is the town of Georgioupoli, with shops of all kinds and beach facilities.
Less than 4 km away is famous Lake Kournas, with tavernas and restaurants, as well as paddleboat and canoe rentals for exploring its fresh waters. Also worth a visit is Argiroupoli (called Lappa in antiquity), with its fresh springs and charming tavernas (about 12 km from Villa Olympia).
Because it is so close to shops, tavernas, cafés and beaches, Villa Olympia is perfect if you don’t want to rent a car.
The villa is divided into 2 units, each with its own independent entrance, living room and fully equipped kitchen.
The first unit offers 4 bedrooms (1 is a pass-through room) and 3 bathrooms; it can accommodate up to 12 people
The second unit offers 3 bedrooms (1 is a pass-through room), 2 bathrooms; it can accommodate up to 9 people
At guests’ disposal: private pool (9 x 4,3 meters; depth: 1,50 meters); pool area with shallow water (15 cm) and sun loungers (5 x 2,40 meters); second pool (9,6 × 4,8 meters; depth: 1,20 meters); outdoor shower near the pool; private outdoor space furnished for dining outside; sleeps 21; barbecue; washing machine and dryer; air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms; free Wifi internet inside and outside; ping pong table; grass playing field with volleyball net and five-a-side soccer nets; near shops, restaurants, tavernas and beach; car not necessary.
