The villa is very nice located with a beautiful view over the lagune. Everything was clean and looks exactly as showen on the pictures.
The road to the villa is bad, but when you arrive you forget about that completely because of the beauty.
The maintanance of the villa could be better at some points (outside chair with a loose leg, loose tiles arround the pool), but overall our stay was extremely pleasant.

We stayed at villa in April. Was perfect holiday, nice views, quiet, clean, everything was as shown in photos. We rented a car to skip to much walking.. Would recommend this villa!!! Only Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

We had a wonderful stay at villa Serapias. Location is perfect, close to near villages and beautiful Kassiopi. It is a calm area and you can enjoy privacy. If you like good design , high quality and comfortable spaces - this villa will be perfect for you. Not to mention the fantastic view from tarrace & pool on the bay and Albanian mountains.

Die Villa und vor allem der Blick über die Lagune sind top! An der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gemangelt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Einziges Manko: In unmittelbarer Nähe wurde eine weitere Villa gebaut, der Baulärm war aber nicht störend. Sehr zu empfehlen.
