A stunning villa. Every bedroom was fantastic with comfortable beds. Master bedroom had the most beautiful views, as did the balcony and pool. The outdoor kitchen is very special and there was the lovely touch of herbs growing behind the worktop so you could use these if you wanted. At night this whole outdoor area was beautiful. There is a small cove a 10 minute walk away - steep hill back but I liked the walk. Almyrida was a ten minute walk away and all the restaurants were fabulous. Beach there is also fabulous. I’d advise taxi back at night as it’s pitch black on road, but it was only 6/7 euros for four of us or 10 euros if five of us. The coffee shop and mini market, a couple of minute walk away, was fabulous for coffee and ice creams. Very friendly. Stroll into Almyrida for a bigger shop that sells fruit, salad, veg and a greater selection of food. Our host, Vivian, was very helpful and even organised a perfectly placed table on the beachfront at Elia & Thyme for my mum’s birthday, along with the most dazzling and delectable dessert. The villa really is gorgeous and well placed.

Villa Kera Panorama is very nice place. Location is very good, near the beach and Almyrida center. Photos we have seen at the web site are exactly how villa looks. We had great host Vivian who helped us very much and gave us a lot of information about the Crete, places we should visit, reccomended stores and everything else you need of information during holiday. Balcony is the best place in the villa and the view is just perfect. Every reccomendation for holiday!

An unforgettable stay in a stunning house

The house was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all our expectations. It was spotless, fresh, and felt both solid and modern. Both the indoor and outdoor kitchens were impressively well-equipped — a true joy for us as we love to cook. Being able to prepare meals outside while chatting with the rest of the group was a real highlight.

The pool was amazing — deep enough for diving, which everyone appreciated — and the many outdoor spaces meant we could spend time together or find a quiet corner when needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly and made it easy to sleep comfortably, even on the warmest nights.

We also loved walking down to the charming little village nearby. Swimming in the sea at dusk or having lunch by the Mediterranean with that stunning view was magical.

Vivian was an outstanding host — kind, responsive, and full of helpful local tips. Thanks to her, we discovered fantastic restaurants and a wonderful pedal boat excursion to see the turtles, which was a favorite for everyone.

We truly loved this place and recommend it wholeheartedly!

We can highly recommend this wonderful villa close to Almyrida. Everything was as we hoped! We especially enjoyed the spectacular view, well equipped terrasses and the large swimmingpool.
The Villa is located in a nice and quiet area with a nice coffeshop down the road and only 10 min walk to Almyrida. In Almyrida you will find a nice beach with service, and many good restaurants. We can especially recommend Elia&Thyme where we have dined several times two years in a row. Great food and friendly staff. The local kera beach, 500 m walking distance, is without service but also worth the visit.

Lastly, we would like to give our praises to the Villa host Vivian - she is amazing! We were lucky to have Vivian as our host again this year and she is super helpful and gives great recommendations for trips, restaurants and other tips.
All in all we hope to come back to visit Almyrida area in the years to come!

As a group of friends we had a fantastic time at this property. It is well kitted out, modern feeling, aircon in all the bedrooms. Great views and a lovely pool. A short 10min walk into Almyrida for eating out. We especially loved the outdoor kitchen dining area down by the pool and had all our meals down there. Vivian did a fantastic job with advice and recommendations and the few niggles we had were quickly sorted. Would love to come and stay again!

A stunning villa. Beautifully located, the pictures almost don’t do it justice. Every amenity catered for, including binoculars to observe nature on your doorstep! Highly recommended. Our Concierge, Vivian, was lovely. Very welcoming and attentive, made sure we knew nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

The villa is beautiful and fully lived up to expectations and has beautiful unrestricted views out over the bay.
The host (Vivian) was exceptionally helpful and gave some great advice on local restaurants and excursions. She responded quickly & dealt with an electrical issue very efficiently, and also helped sort out using the TV with which we had struggled. She really helped make our stay very relaxing and enjoyable.
The indoor kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The coffee machine uses paper filters of which there was a plentiful supply (not always the case in other villas we have rented). There was a welcome pack of the basics (milk, butter, bread etc) including sufficient washing and dishwasher tablets to last the whole stay.
The outdoor dining area/kitchen has both a BBQ, a wood fired pizza oven, and also a fridge, electric hob and wine fridge. Also a dishwasher with sufficient cutlery, plates and glasses so that you don't need to bring anything down from the villa except the food. It has a large shaded dining table.
The pool (heated on request) was delightful and large, with quality sun loungers around it. There is also an outdoor shower for before/after a swim.
The rattan sofa and armchairs on the terrace outside the living room had thick and comfortable cushions.
The layout of the property means you can always find a sunny spot to relax and work on a tan.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent. The beds were a little soft for us, but very comfortable. Linen and towels were of high quality. The showers have both a rainfall overhead and a separate hand hose. The villa design, construction and furnishings are of high quality and well maintained. There is a washing machine and separate tumble drier in the lower ground floor which were very useful.
At the bottom of the drive is a small mini market/coffee shop, with "proper" coffee.
The villa is located about a 5 minute drive from Almyrida, where we ate (on Vivian's recommendation) at Psaros restaurant where the food & service were excellent - book in advance for a table overlooking the sea.
Overall I cannot recommend this villa highly enough - it's well worth the money, and Vivian could not have been more attentive and helpful.
