Villa Tagliaferri

This villa was stunning and accommodated us all. Unfortunately, it was not the ideal place for our family to stay for our wedding in Vasto. They have a very strict guest policy, even for just having outdoor guests by the pool and pizza oven, which prevented us from enjoying the large space even though it's entirely set up for hosting many people. There are security cameras so we always felt watched. The pool was green by day 2 and unusable until the day we left. And the house manager, though extremely nice and accommodating, was at the house doing things outside just about every day unannounced, sometimes multiple times a day. There was also no flexibility around check-in/check-out times even though we had a large group and were traveling with children. Otherwise, the house is beautiful, the location was perfect for us, and the house manager did do his best to accommodate but it seems the owners were the ones with all the strict policies and rules.

We are happy to know that the Villas was as expected. The reason why you had the house manager at the property more than once was to sort out the issue raised about the pool water for which we apologize. As per GC it is absolutely forbidden to access (for any reason) the property with a number of guests higher than the maximum property capacity without prior authorization. It is also strictly forbidden to organize parties. Flexibility for check in-out is based on other guests arrival/departure, I am sorry we couldn' t help you with that. The villa has an outdoor video surveillance system, as specified in the description.

From the initial detailed arrival instructions to the smooth check-out process, every aspect of our interaction was handled with professionalism and ease. While the property is perfect for relaxation, it also serves as a base for exploring nearby sights and beaches. It’s important to note that this villa champions a peaceful and respectful atmosphere, making it more suited for families and those looking to unwind in tranquility rather than a party scene.

Really nice and clean house! We especially loved the huge private pool. There are no neighbors within 200m, you can however get to a Lidl in 3 minutes. Samoday, the host, was a great guy who proactively worked to make us enjoy our stay. We'd definitely like to come back one day.

Molto belli e spaziosi sia gli interni che gli esterni, curati in ogni minimo dettaglio.
Gli arredi di alta qualità e buon gusto rendevano la casa molto accogliente.

Villa dotata di ogni comfort sia all'interno che all'esterno, con mille spazi e ambienti da sfruttare dalla piscina, al forno, al giardino immenso. Personale sempre cordiale, disponibile e mai invadente. Consigliatissima!
