Scenic villa in the hills near the Castelli Romani (Roman Castles), just 45 km from Rome and Vatican City.
Villa Antici can accommodate up to 8/10 people in 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed. It offers modern interiors and scenic outdoor spaces. All of the indoor rooms have air conditioning. Outside, there are a private pool, sun deck, hot tub, and dining areas.
Just a few kilometers drive from the property are the most beautiful Castelli Romani (Roman Castle) spots such as Castel Gandolfo, Nemi, Albano Laziale, Frascati; and seaside destinations like Anzio, Sabaudia and San Felice del Circeo.
At guests' disposal: private saltwater infinity pool (15 x 6 meters; minimum depth: 0,20 meters; maximum depth: 2,40 meters); Jacuzzi (2,50 x 2,50) heated to 37°C; bathroom with shower near the pool; Wifi internet; sun deck; two outdoor dining areas; private garden; gas and wood barbecue; outdoor kitchen (2 burners); parking; air conditioning in all indoor rooms.

Villa bellissima e curata in ogni dettaglio. La struttura offre tutti i confort per poter trascorrere giornate di vero relax a contatto con la natura. Mimmo, l' host, è una persona eccezionale, simpaticissimo e sempre pronto a risolvere piccoli problemi occorsi. Consiglio davvero a tutti di trascorrere qualche giorno in questo paradiso laziale!

insgesamt war es eine sehr schöne und entspannende Erfahrung. Die Villa selbst ist wirklich beeindruckend – sie ist sehr schön gestaltet, bietet eine ruhige Atmosphäre und ist der perfekte Ort, um die Zeit zu genießen und vom Alltagsstress abzuschalten. Die Umgebung war idyllisch und ideal für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Es gibt jedoch einen Aspekt,der mich etwas gestört hat, und das sind die zusätzlichen Kosten für den Stromverbrauch. Zwar sind 30 kWh kostenlos, aber danach muss man den Strom selbst bezahlen. Angesichts des hohen Preises der Villa fand ich diese Regelung nicht angemessen. Für eine Unterkunft in dieser Preiskategorie sollte meiner Meinung nach der Stromverbrauch vollständig im Preis inbegriffen sein. Es fühlt sich unangemessen an, dass bei einem solchen Premium Urlaub zusätzliche kosten auf einen zukommen, die man nicht unbedingt erwartet. Der Besitzer sehr nett.

Beautiful villa in a quiet and pleasant environment. A fantastic pool with outdoor kitchen where comfort is perfect. Also jacuzzi for bathing enthusiasts. 1 hour by car to Rome makes it perfect for those who want to explore the city's tourist attractions. A perfect holiday accommodation for everyone. E' stato un vero piacere soggiornare nella villa Antici per 6 giorni. Il signor Giandomenico che ci ha accolti è stato eccezionale, molto accogliente e disponibile, pronto a darci consigli su come trascorrere al meglio la nostra vacanza in base alle nostre esigenze. La villa è stupenda, sia all'interno che all'esterno tutto impeccabile; pulita e ben arredata, abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la presenza della piscina e della Jacuzzi , che ci hanno permesso di rilassarci. La villa si trova a pochi km da Velletri in una zona tranquilla, il relax è assoluto. E' in una posizione comoda per fare il tour dei castelli romani oppure per raggiungere in circa un'ora la stupenda Roma. Consiglio questa villa a chiunque cerchi una vacanza indimenticabile! Grazie ancora per la bella accoglienza!

Bellissima villa piena di comodità e finemente arredata, circondata da uno splendido e curatissimo giardino con diverse aree di relax. Meravigliosa piscina con solarium, romantica jacuzzi. Diverse anche le possibilità di cucinare e pranzare all'esterno. Ottima anche l'accoglienza del proprietario, estremamente gentile e disponibile. Non vediamo l'ora di ritornarci.
