The property is subdivided into 15 carefully renovated apartments with original traditional Tuscan details like lovely terracotta floors and exposed wooden beam ceilings.
The property is nestled among 3 hectares of well-tended gardens, and offers 2 shared, above ground pools (one of which is for children).
Le Fornaci is an excellent base for exploring the region’s artistic treasures like Arezzo, Siena, the Val d'Orcia, the Chianti, Florence, San Gimignano, and Volterra. The Arezzo train station (about 21 km away) has convenient train service to the cities of Orvieto, Rome and Florence.
Extra services: the following can be reserved upon request at the property: massages; breakfasts, lunches and dinners at the property restaurant; cooking lessons; terracotta lessons, using clay directly from the old brickyard.
The restaurant on the property is open to both apartment guests and the general public: restaurant guests from the outside do not use the outdoor spaces designated for apartment guests (garden and pool).
