Beautiful independent villa with private, panoramic pool just a few kilometers from Lake Trasimeno, on the border of the splendid regions of Tuscany and Umbria.
The property has been recently renovated and consists of the main house for 6/8 people.
The location is very tranquil, with a well-tended garden adorned with many plants (rosemary, lavender, cyclamen) surrounding the house.
Located on the border of Tuscany and Umbria, this property is within easy reach of the historic and artistic treasures of central Italy (Lake Trasimeno, Val d’Orcia, Cortona, Siena, Florence, Arezzo, Perugia etc).
The owners are very kind and hospitable people who live in an annexe a few metres from the villa away , but they do not share either the garden or the pool (which remain for the exclusive use of guests).
Access to the house is via a short section of unpaved road in excellent condition.
At guests' disposal: large, very well-tended garden (entirely enclosed) with beautiful pool reserved for guests' exclusive use (irregular shape, depth 1,4 m), with panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and part of Lake Trasimeno, sundeck surrounding the pool, outdoor shower (hot and cold water), movable barbecue, beautiful pergola furnished with table and chairs in the garden in front of the house's kitchen. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Parking within the grounds.

Absolutely beautiful property - beyond idyllic. The house is positioned in a private and quiet location, affording privacy. The owners reside on the property but this was no issue at all and they diligently maintained the amazing pool each morning before we got up. The house itself is beautifully appointed with tasteful and homely decor, good sized bedrooms and communal spaces. The kitchen had everything we could have thought of using. Genuinely the home you dream of staying in in the Italian countryside!

A Hidden Gem in the Countryside
Casale Delle Mele exceeded all expectations. The property is exactly as described—beautifully maintained, peaceful, and full of character. The house is spacious and elegant, and the pool is a standout feature, perfect for relaxing under the sun.
The owners were welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The location offers easy access by car to excellent restaurants, beautiful towns & villages, and Lake Trasimeno, with plenty to explore nearby.
We left feeling truly refreshed—an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

We had a fantastic week at Casale Delle Mele. Vanessa was a great host and very accommodating. The house is beautiful, every room was exquisite. The pool and outdoor space was also fantastic. Can highly recommend. Vanessa was very accommodating and helpful. She lives just next door but doesn’t interfere at all.
