Villa Acquaviva

La villa es excelente, tal cual las fotos, con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia, la máquina de café buenísima, Franco y Marinella siempre atentos a solucionar cualquier problema, gente maravillosa, ubicada en un lugar de ensueño, en medio de un olivar, y muy cerca dé Panicale un pueblo lindisimo, pasamos 2 semanas maravillosas. Melhor experiência de sempre! O cuidado com o bem estar e conforto dos hóspedes está presente em cada canto da propriedade e começa logo no primeiro contacto no acolhimento e apresentação da casa! A doce Miwa, o carismático e inesquecível Sr. Franco e a cuidadosa D. Marinela deram-nos as mais calorosas boas-vindas e mimos de uma espetacular cesta de frutas que nos durou até ao ultimo dia! Nunca vi um projeto particular dedicado ao turismo tão bem cuidado e com tanto amor investido! Sente-se o profissionalismo e atenção do Roberto antes, durante e após a estadia mas, ao tempo, é como se estivessemos em casa de familiares que deram tudo de si para nos deixar usar e aproveitar o seu cantinho de paraíso! Quanto à propriedade, desde a construção, ao paisagismo, vistas de tirar o fôlego, limpeza interior e exterior, comodidades extremamente bem pensadas e executadas, ultrapassa todas as expetativas! Excellent villa - recently built to high standard. Everything works well except kitchen hob/extractor (mind your head). Pool and outside area superb. Location is probably slightly too far to walk to Panicale (although we did once) - but only minutes by car. Superb town with 4 excellent restraunts. The family which own and run the property are extremely helpful and welcoming. We have stayed at 8 villas in the general area and this is the best so far. Grazie mille Roberto and family ...

The villa provided a luxury experience both with internal finishes and external facilities.

We loved our stay, great property in a peaceful location but good access to the towns. Very modern interior. Good client service by the team.

The property was beautiful and very clean, with amazing views, lovely rooms and bathrooms. We felt an outside covered seating area down by the pool for eating out lunch and dinner would have worked really well, as it was very hot and not much shade, the upper covered seating area was often in sun making it too hot for eating. Fantastic, best pool ever. Owner Very helpful, kept in touch all the time and responded when we had any issues, 10/10.

What an amazing place! The photos don't really do it justice. An amazing greeting from the family & Miwa, who took the time to welcome us at the house on arrival, and show us around the whole place. The place is spotless, technology advanced with proper coffee machine, pool house next to the pool and more! Roberto was easy to communicate with, and we would highly recommend this place. 5*

Sehr schöne Villa. Perfekte Grösse für zwei Familien. Sehr freundlicher Host. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Panicale.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Villa Acquaviva. The views from the outdoor terrace and pool are fabulous. We enjoyed using the bbq, outdoor terrace and pool area everyday - and there is a separate kitchen and toilet that is located by the pool.
We were a group of 7 adults and we enjoyed the walk to Panicale which is a very old, authentic Italian hilltop town - we enjoyed coffee in the piazza, and an evening meal on the terrace of Hotel Rastrello. It is quite a steep hill from the villa to the main road, but we are all reasonably fit adults so did not find it a problem.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer tollen Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Pool in ruhiger Lage. Roberto als Eigentümer war sehr freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und stets bemüht, dass alles einwandfrei ist. Zum Entspannen absolut zu Empfehlen ????

Spectacular house with stunning views that I could look at all day. The pool is fantastic and the house is appointed with every amenity. Can’t wait to go back. You do have to be prepared to drive although Panicale and Paciano, which are both very picturesque are only a few minutes away and have some good eateries, the nearest supermarket is a 10 or 15 minute drive. Roberto and Miwa had loads of great tips and advice on what to see and how to get around.

This house was one of the best we've ever rented in Italy. With both the outdoor areas, the pool and the spacious house, it worked really well for our holiday with 8 people. Moreover, it is easy to walk to Panicale(appr. 25 min), a very nice and typically Italian village with restaurants, bars, chemistry and so on.

Mycket fint hus, fantastisk pool och otroligt vacker utsikt. Fint välkomnande med fruktskål och lite mousserande. Det enda negativa är de hårda sängarna.

The experience at Acquaviva villa was amazing. A brand new venue for a memorable weekend with friends. The booking, the people for the check-in & check-out were really nice. I strongly recommend it.
