The villa was perfect and so relaxing! Nikos and the team were outstanding!

A fabulous luxury villa which is extremely well presented and has everything you could wish for. Location is brilliant with the beach being so close - and we loved being in Almyros which is sandier and quieter than Acharavi. All the information and support provided by Nikos was superb. The mountain views from the pool area are so lovely too. Apart from the mosquitos (especially on the drive to the villa!) it was perfect. Nikos was absolutely brilliant - always checking in via WhatsApp to make sure everything was ok and double checking before cleaners arrived.

I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. My family and I had a really wonderful holiday. The villa is really well appointed, the facilities and equipment are excellent. The location is perfect with a town close by, proximity to the beach and local restaurants. We are extremely likely to return for another stay in the future. Nikos and the team looked after us like family and gave us great advice and service. We can’t wait to go back.

We spent 21 unforgettable days at Villa Serenissima in Acharavi and were thoroughly impressed. The villa is ideally located just 100 meters from the beautiful sandy Almyros beach—perfect for daily walks and swims.

The property is modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with high-quality furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen. The private outdoor pool is set in a quiet, sheltered garden—ideal for relaxing in total privacy.

Our children loved the dedicated play area and ping-pong table, which made family time even more enjoyable.

Villa Serenissima was the perfect peaceful, private base from which my family could explore the North of Corfu. Spacious, clean, very well equipped with quality furniture, kitchen equipment etc. The outside kitchen & seating areas are a fantastic extension to the living space, plus the amazing pool. We booked this villa for 2 weeks and were amazed by the beauty and attention to detail.

The villa is newly built and all the spaces are spectacular.

We loved the double kitchen, both inside and outside. The equipment was modern, spacious and there was everything we needed.

The beds were extremely comfortable, we also appreciated the supply of toiletries.

The private gym is complete and very useful.

We are already planning our next holiday here.
