Perfect stay! The host was friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to make our stay magical. Villa was immaculate and the location was peaceful but with a great restaurant and cafes within walking distance. Wouldn’t hesitate to return!

We had a wonderful time at this villa, the kids had a great time with the pool. The villa was very clean and maria was very friendly and even baked cake for us during the stay. She also brought us homemade olive oil and also a giveaway gift when we left. Its a very peaceful villa with a good spot on the island to reach all destinations by car. Wir waren 3 Wochen in dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus ist noch schöner, als auf den Fotos!! Es ist stylisch und gleichzeitig sehr gemütlich, der Außenbereich ist atemberaubend. Es gibt alles wie beschrieben und benötigt, sogar noch etwas mehr (zB Haarfön, Mini-Duschgel). Es gibt keine Möglichkeit zur Verbesserung! Die Gegend ist toll, die Lage des Hauses perfekt - wir hatten ein Auto - 10 Minuten zum Strand, ein paar Minuten ins süße Dorf, Tavernen, köstlicher Bäcker, Supermarkt, alles vorhanden. Durch den leichten Temperaturunterschied zwischen Strand und der Lage des Hauses, kann man immer die für einen passende Möglichkeit finden. Das allerbeste an dieser Unterkunft sind die Gastgeber, sie sind unheimlich herzliche und nette Menschen. Sie haben den Pool täglich gewartet und das Haus regelmäßig gereinigt, und frische Laken und Handtücher gebracht (obwohl es eine Waschmaschine gibt). Maria hat für uns gekocht und es war köstlich! Ich empfehle dieses Haus zu 100% weiter! ENJOY!

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit großem Grundstück und tollem Garten und Pool. Sehr moderne Einrichtung und alles da was man braucht. Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist wunderschön und der Aussenbereich groß aber trotzdem gemütlich.

Everything was great. The apartman was clean, peaceful and equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect for driving to anywhere on the island, but the nearby city is also worth exporing. The host was really nice to us, she was ready to answer all our questions. We even get some homemade food from her, which made our day.

We stayed in Villa Silentium for 12 days. It was a stunning experience from begin to end. We were welcomed by the most friendly owners who gave us lots of ideas to visit places in the area. The villa itself was very modern and comfortable. The view on the mountains and the amazing pool made our vacation complete. Very nearby you could find Bakeries (300m), supermarkets (1km) and beach (6km) with free of charge parasols and sunbeds. At the end of our stay the owners surprised us by cooking us a great greec meal. We were with 6 people and enjoyed it very much!
I would certainly recommand this villa to ensure a outstanding vacation! Best regards, Martin

Absolutely wonderful! No complaints and would 100% stay again!Villa quality is very high. Everything about it was great. Location was good but a car is defiantly needed. Villa description was good but no mention of the large hill that you have to drive up and down to get to the villas. You can tell the villa owners make sure to keep the area around the villa clean, tidy and safe.I cannot thank Maria and her husband enough. They went above and beyond! I have stayed in many Villas and I can honestly say this Villa owner is by far the best we have had.

Vanaf midden augustus tot eind augustus met 6 volwassenen en 1 kind in villa Olia verbleven. In verband met onze vlucht kwamen wij al eerder aan in de villa, iets dat voor Maria geen probleem was. Schone villa, leuk aankomstpakket met drinken en Maria haar partner kwam regelmatig langs om bijvoorbeeld het zwembad schoon te maken. Villa werd regelmatig schoongemaakt, handdoeken werden verwisseld en de lekkerste maaltijden die wij hebben gegeten werden vers gekookt door de host. Dit was eigenlijk een 6 sterren ervaring!

We had a wonderful stay at Silentium villas. The Villa is amazing and the surroundings are beautiful. Our hosts Maria and Giorgios were the kindest, nicest and most helpful hosts we’ve experienced. They were always just a text message away, gave us local recommendations and were so flexible with us. We could not recommend it more!

Paradise on earth. The Villa is brand new and impeccably designed and decorated. The property offers amazing privacy and the views of the mountains is breathtaking. The owners are extremely kind and generous, going out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We hope to return to this villa many times in the future.
There is a great beach 5 minutes down the hill with tavernas and playgrounds for kids. Perfectly situated in between Rethymno and Chania so it wa easy to explore both towns and surrounding areas.
