Ground Floor: entrance leads into an open space with dining area and kitchen, there is a large wood table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove (4 burns), dishwasher, toaster, electric oven, American and Italian coffee maker, fridge with freezer.
4 steps down: large French door give the access to the pool area, in this room is present a service bathroom with WC and sink.
2 steps down: there is a large living room with a working fire place, equipped with sofa, arm chairs, tea table, TV LCD Satellite, on the other side of the living room there is a studio corner, a desk with computer, printer, at the client's disposal. The living room has several large French door which give access to the outdoor patio equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining.
First Floor: 12 steps, little corridor on the right goes to the one double bedroom, a second double bedroom (queen size bed), one bathroom with shower. On the other side of the corridor there is a bedroom with a double bed, this room has direct access to the outside area; one bedroom with two single beds; one bedroom with one single bed; second bathroom with shower in the corridor.
