Nice stone-built farmhouse with private swimming pool in the Tuscan countryside, located into a big farm in the surroundings of Camucia, a short distance from the charming town of Cortona. The owners live nearby the villa and personally manage the farm producing wine, oil and cereals. The country house in divided into 3 apartments not connected internally, but set on the same building. On the ground floor there is a wide living room to share free time all together and offers a kitchen and a lounge/dining area. The further two apartments are located on the first floor of the building. The swimming pool is at 30m away from the entrance, near the owners house but to the exclusive use of the guests. In front of the farmhouse guests can enjoy a large furnished dining area with a barbecue, a wood over, table and chairs. the access to the villa is via a short path in good condition and suitable to any type of car. The position of this villa allows the guests to easily reach the most important sites of this area, such as Cortona, Arezzo Siena and Florence.
Available to guests: garden and large furnished outside areas, swimming pool (14 x 7 m) reserved for the exclusive use of guests, barbecue and wood burning oven. The rental has Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning in every bedroom. Parking available on the property.

Wonderful Two-Week Stay at the Casale Miro house
We had an excellent two-week stay at this beautifully equipped accommodation. The property offered everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday: air conditioning throughout, a splendid swimming pool, and a sheltered space to park our vehicle.
Located on a charming farm, the house is perfectly suited for a group of ten, with three separate living areas allowing everyone to enjoy privacy and independence. Each part of the property is thoughtfully designed, making it easy for everyone to find their own space while still sharing moments together.
Our host was simply perfect—always available, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. Thanks to their hospitality and the quality of the lodging, our stay exceeded all expectations. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a memorable getaway with friends or family.

Rustically decorated but it grows on you. Pool was great! The countryside is marvellous. The host family was great. Brava Eva!

Vi kan helt bestemt anbefale dette sted. En helt fantastisk vært der er meget diskret. Værtsfamilien var meget gavmild med hjemmeavlet frugt og grønt. Her er rigtig gode faciliteter. Alt er ualmindelig ordentligt og rent. Et super sted.

Very nice place in the country, and very authentic. We visited during harvest time, so it was a busy time for the farmer(s). We wasn’t affected by it in any negative way, we found it interesting and very charming to get close the every-day-Italian-life. Three nice apartments, with a/c in all bedrooms. There is a Big barn next to/ between the mainhouse og the guest-property which doesn’t show much in the pictures. We parked both of our cars inside the barn.
We were a bit nervous before comming if we might find it to be too far away from “everything”. But we LOVED it! It was perfect for us with the privacy and to have all that space and the entire pool-area all to ourselves. We went on many trips to different cities after which we enjoyed going back “home” to the property.
Very nice kitchen and dining area. The kitchen had just been renoveres before our arrival, which was a nice surprise. We mostly used the outside dining-area which was nice.
The pool area was perfect! Nice big pool. It was located on the best spot of the property with a beautyful view and in a beautyful garden - all very well kept.
The owner was very nice and helpful. Checked up on us every day just to see if everything was allright, and brought us Fresh vegetables from the garden some times.

Eva and her family are very kind hosts. Everything was very clean and the pool was fantastic. We have had a wonderful week and we will come back to this lovely and calm place. Thank you for everything

Eva is a very kind and helpful host. They made pizza for us and brought us vegetables from their garden. The pool and the view is nice and as expected. The pictures of the house are adequate but do not show the garage (6m high) in front of the house. Good experience. We would come again.
