Soggiornato in questo splendido casale con un gruppo di 15 persone, ottima l' accoglienza di Rosario, struttura pulita giardino e piscina top.
Sicuramente da consigliare.

Wir waren mit Freunden im Urlaub und die Kinder und wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit! Rosario, der Besitzer, ist ein toller Mensch, hilfsbereit, schnell zur Stelle falls es Probleme gibt, aber auch zurückhaltend, falls man nicht gestört werden will. Selbst beim entstandenen Schaden haben wir eine gute Lösung für Alle gefunden. In der Villa haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und man merkt, dass dies Herzensangelegenheit ist. Die Villa liegt ländlich und es ist schön ruhig dort. Wir hatten wirklich einen schönen Urlaub und können sie definitiv weiterempfehlen!

We had an amazing family time at Casale Tiziano. The house was spotless clean and the apartments are very cozy. To say more Rosario and Tiziano are the nicest hosts! Rosario recommended us two restaurants in nearby area, and helped to make a reservation for our group - this was the best food we ate during our time in Italy. We spent few evenings together and had a great time discussing. We felt like we were visiting a friend. The memories of this vacation will stay with us for a long time. Ci vediamo Rosario!

Rosario ci ha accolti nel suo casale come si accoglierebbe qualcuno di famiglia. Un luogo magico dove si respira un aria di pace! Torneremo sicuramente!

Das Haus besteht aus mehreren Apartments mit eigenem Bad und Küchenzeile, einer großen Gemeinschaftsküche, gemeinschaftlichem großem Aufenthaltsraum und überdachten Terasse und natürlich Pool. Der Eigentümer Rosario hat sich schon im Vorfeld bei uns gemeldet um alle Räume richtig für uns vorzubereiten auch auf Anfragen wurde superschnell geantwortet und Probleme (Toilettenspülung) direkt gelöst. Für einen flexiblen Check-Out kam er uns entgegen. Küche war außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet und es war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren mit fünf Familien und 6 Kindern da und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem der tolle Außenbereich mit Pool. Mit den vielen Kleinkindern hätten wir uns eine Möglichkeit gewünscht den Pool abzusperren.

Fine omgivelser, fremstår som en lille skøn Oase. Virkelig praktisk feriebolig når man er flere familier. Lækre fælles faciliteter og gode opholdsmuligheder i både skygge og indendørs. Søde og behjælpelige værter. Kan varmt anbefale boligen til andre.

I bei dintorni, appaiono come una piccola bellissima oasi. Casa vacanze davvero pratica quando siete più famiglie. Belle strutture comuni e buone possibilità di alloggio sia all'ombra che al chiuso. Padroni di casa gentili e disponibili. Consiglio vivamente la casa ad altri.

Very nice vacation spent with the family.
The casale has everything one needs ... spacious apartments, mosquito netting to keep these critters out, cozy patio where we spent most of our time together, peace and privacy, and especially the beautiful pool that more than served its purpose during the hot days. Well located to visit the beautiful villages in the area. The owner lives in an adjacent house and is always available to give the necessary tips.

eravamo un gruppo di 16 persone tra adulti e bambini siamo stati benissimo. ogni nucleo familiare aveva il proprio alloggio . spazi comuni come cucina e salotto immensi serviti di ogni comfort. patio con tavoli sedie poltroncine esterne .. piscina prato parcheggio . insomma tutto top .

Der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist sehr schön und bietet einen tollen Garten + Pool. Alle Räume waren sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber Rosario ist sehr nett und hilft einen wo es nur geht, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Ich kann das Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen.

The property and the garden are very well kept. The owner goes out of his way to try and satisfy his guests. In order to improve the stay , considering the rise in temperatures due to climate change air conditioning in the rooms and in the common area are required for the future. Keeping rooms shut during the day, maintain the heat out, but this is not always possible. Another improvement, when it will be feasible is to improve Wi-Fi. If anyone comes and needs working needs to be advised.

Wij hebben hier met onze familie, kinderen en kleinkinderen, een fantastische vakantie gehad. Een prachtig compleet familiehuis met ruim zwembad helemaal voor jezelf. Prachtige dorpjes in de omgeving. Rust en privacy gewaarborgd. Eigenaar woont er naast en is beschikbaar voor alle vragen. Wij gaan als het kan zeker een keer terug.

Good location, not far driving distance from touring cities. Wonderful property owners maintaining a clean, well groomed property as well as fully prepared living quarters. Food shopping nearby, highway access not too far. Really enjoyed our stay.

Niente è lasciato al caso, tutto curato nei dettagli ed il proprietario risolve con tempestività ogni esigenza del cliente. Consigliato.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Casale Tiziano ad Agosto 2021. Eravamo 4 famiglie totale 15 persone e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il proprietario persona simpatica e disponibile. La struttura e gli appartamenti super puliti, le lenzuola dei letti perfettamente puliti te stirati. Lato positivo è stata la cucina e la sala comune che ci ha ospitato comodamente tutti. Mi sento di raccomandare il posto. Vorrei consigliare di installare l’aria condizionata nella sala comune, avendo incontrato un agosto particolarmente caldo durante e dopo il pranzo sarebbe stato ottimo.

We came back to this location after 7 years and were happy to meet Rosario and Tiziano again. The friendly dog ‘Sheela’ welcomed us also ????
The rooms were clean and we all had a little kitchen but could use the big kitchen with eating place. But with the fine weather we always ate outside. Rosario recomended us also a few very good authentic Italian restaurants, with little to no tourists ????
Every village in the area is so beautiful, so authentic and worth visiting, you can get a map, leaflets and the good advice of Rosario to organise a trip.
The pool offers a welcome refreshment with sun loungers laid out in a well-maintained yet natural garden.
You can park your car inside the domain, in the shadow.
We will definitely come back if we plan another Umbria trip!!

A beautiful house, a beautiful Place, a great host. Rosario and his son Tiziano leaving next to the house. But don‘t worry. You will not see them. But if you need their help, you can always knock on the door. If you need a Restaurant reservation or to order a Pizza, or the closest Supermarket, It does not matter what, they will help. The Pool is very nice and clean. If you are searching a great, clean, nice, big and the best host then book casale Tiziano. Thank to you Rosario and Tiziano, my Family and I had a great Holiday. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Casale Tiziano rundum zufrieden und haben diese friedliche Woche sehr genossen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und das ganze Grundstück mit einem Tor gesichert. Es sind genug Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück in einer Art Carport - mit Schatten! Die Apartments sind gut eingerichtet, geschmackvoll möbiliert und sehr sauber-was auf die ganze Anlage zutrifft. Die Aussenanlage ist sensationell: der grosse Pool, der gepflegte Garten, die vielen kleinen Bäume, die Schatten spenden, die bequemen Liegen und natürlich die grosse Bar unter dem Vordach. Sie wird auch als Aussentisch verwendet.Obwohl der Besitzer nebenan auf dem gleichen Grundstück wohnt, hat das überhaupt nicht gestört: Rosario ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und dafür besorgt, dass draussen immer alles in Ordnung ist. Das macht er auf eine unauffällige und angenehme Art. Er spricht ausserdem sehr gut English. Wir haben diese Unterkunft schon mehreren von unseren Freunden und Bekannten weiter empfohlen!

un séjour merveilleux avec des extérieurs superbes (grande piscine très accessible aux enfants) et des visites à une heure de route , Sienne, Florence , Pise, Pérouse et j'en passe...
Le ciel bleu n'est pas en option, je recommande

Unser Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie war einfach traumhaft. Es waren total entspannende Tage für alle. Ein riesen Lob an den Vermieter, der sich unglaublich toll um das Anwesen und seine Gäste kümmert. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr gut eingerichtet und haben einen schönen Ausblick in den Garten. Toller, sehr großer und gepflegter Pool mit Schatten und genug Liegen für alle.
Das Haus liegt relativ zentral zum nächsten Ort ca. 10min Gehweg zum nächsten Restaurant.
Wir bedanken uns für diese entspannten 14 Tage und werden Rosario auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casale Tiziano. The host Rosario lives on the property and is always at your disposal and a lovely man.
The pool and outdoor area is perfect for a family vacation where you can sit and relax or eat in the shade and still be very close to everyone in the pool.
It is worth mentioning that there are two dogs on the property.
There is a lovely café in Fighille right next to the supermarket. We loved coming there and they have great coffees and food.

The Villa is absolutely fantastic!
It is beautiful as you see in the pictures. Even better.
The area is very quiet, the air is clean and fresh.
*I was recently having a sleeping disorder, but there I slept like a baby.
The owner of the villa himself lives there, and he will definitely make your stay much warmer than you would expect.
You'll have unforgetable time there.
Location is very convenient. You can go around visiting many cities, parks, sea coasts and terms.
I definitely recommend the place. This is much more than just value for money.

Casale Tiziano è una struttura ben organizzata, con ogni tipo di confort e molto curata nei dettagli; i locali sono molto ampi e puliti e la cucina è ben attrezzata. I proprietari sono persone molto gentili e disponibili. Sicuramente torneremo a trovarli!

A pochi passi dalla via Francigena, un relais immerso nella natura umbra ben curato nei dettagli. Ideale per chi vuole fare escursioni nei vicini borghi o per chi vuole rilassarsi a bordo piscina nel giardino al canto degli uccelli e sotto gli alberi da frutta. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

Zoals vorig jaar hebben wij dit jaar weer een onvergetelijke vakantie gehad. Lieve vriendelijke mensen die al het mogelijke doen om je verlof super te laten verlopen

Just one step away from the charming San Sepolcro and the enchanting village of Anghiari we found this breathtaking farmhouse where peace and relax are the main protagonists...we cannot thank enough Rosario for his endless kindness and his welcoming service...
This oasis of calm reflects also the involving quietness of the owners who make you fell at home in every moment of the stay and we felt we never want to leave that amazing property!
The apartments are warms, cleans, and lovely (all in wood and bright colors )..without mentioning the spectacular pool and the delicious products of the land..we have enjoyed a lot the fresh cerries just caught from the tree!
We can't wait to come and visit Rosario again, his beautiful family and of course Spillo..the dog!!

In August I spent 14 days at the property and I'm already thinking when I can plan my next holidays there. It was simply amazing. The beauty of the location, the structure, the rooms, the strategic position... And Rosario, the owner, is simply amazing. He made me feel like at home and part of the family. I loved to stay there! And if you are a biker is a perfect place.. Many trails and trip for all levels all around.

Uitstekende locatie. Een aanrader voor allen die een onvergetelijk verlof willen doorbrengen. De ontvangst door Rosario en Antonella hun zoontje Titiano en zeker de hond Spilo niet vergeten was zeer gemoedelijk,vriendelijk en tof en ze geven je echt een thuisgevoel. Lieve mensen die van al uw vakantie wensen het allerbeste maken. Mooie ingerichte appartementen met badkamer, zeer proper en van alle comfort voorzien. Niets dan lof over ons vakantieverblijf in Relais Antonella. Een mooie schilderachtige omgeving en met onze fietsen hebben we vele landelijke tochten kunnen maken
