Villa Maddalena

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, villa sublime avec tous les équipements nécessaires.
On a adoré manger à l’ombre des oliviers et flâner au bord de cette magnifique et grande piscine !
Pipo et sa femme sont charmants et à l’écoute de toutes vos envies, je les remercie pour leur accueil et gentillesse !

The outside area of this villa is superb. The bedrooms could be more modern. We had an issue with the hot water, and although we informed the owner and he came to fix it, we continued to experience only cold water in the shower. The electricity bill was high, and although we had several hours without electricity on one day due to a fault, we expected the owner to overlook the charge or at least offer us a discount. In my opinion, the villa is lovely, but the cost should include the electricity bill, and the €200 cleaning fee is quite high. Nonetheless, the owners were friendly and helpful.

We have just returned from a family holiday in Villa Maddalena and would highly recommend it. We were overwhelmed with the amount of space and the beautiful Sicilian villa and garden/pool. It definitely exceeded our expectations! The owners were so friendly and accommodating.

It was a nice house with lot of space. But it wood have been grate if there ere some written information in english of how everything functions in the house

Villa very cozy with a great aura. We had a wonderful week. We cooked in the large kitchen, grilled and had dinner in the cozy yard. We swam in the big pool. The staff is helpful and pleasant. Recommended places of interest unknown to us.

The location of the villa is great - a 5 minute drive into the village of Palazzolo with good restaurants.
The owner came by every day to check on the pool and give tips about dinner or activities and ask if we needed anything.

We had plenty of space with 7 people for a week and a half and the amenities were plenty to ensure comfort in the villa.

It was one of the greatest holidays of our lives. We travelled all over Italy for this beautiful villa and Sicily. Beautiful scenery, incredibly nice people and amazingly delicious food. This is Sicily. Here people know what it means to live. The Accommodation: Wonderful, relaxed, friendly, Beautiful The rooms are tidy, above all clean and sophisticated. There is plenty of space and the rooms are large and bright. The pool is huge, clean and beautiful. If you choose this Villa, bring your Respect with you. For the Host: Grazie❤️❤️ They did everything for our comfort. If we needed anything they were quick, accurate and kind. I think we became real friends during our time there. I had the pleasure of staying at Villa La Maddelena with my family and three other families, 15 people in total, for over a week. Our hosts, Giuseppe and Rosita, welcomed us warmly and were always available to help us with any need. Giuseppe made sure to check in every morning to keep the pool clean. The rooms were spacious, each with its own bathroom, and there were additional bathrooms on the property. The large kitchen and communal dining room were perfect for our group. We were delighted with the choice of this location; The property is ideal for larger groups, and the nearby town of Palazzolo Acreide offers great dining options. We especially recommend Pizzeria del Borgo run by Mateusz, who comes from Poland. When it comes to additional costs, there were no surprises. The owner showed us how to turn off the lights at night, and we only paid dozen of eur for electricity, the rest was included in the rental price. Our stay at the villa was fantastic, everything was as described!

Amazing, very spacious villa, which can sleep 10 people in rooms of 2 (or even 12, when sleeping in 3s) with most of the bedrooms having an adjacent bathroom. It actually looks much better than in the photos and has a large and nice outdoor area with a swimming pool. It is situated far from busy roads, which makes it private and quiet. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and communicative, unfortunately only able to communicate in Italian. BUT... Something that I find really annoying are hidden costs, which are not clearly communicated upfront. We paid electricity overcharge of EUR215 for 3 nights due to the fact that the surrounding area is very illuminated and these lights cannot be turned off for the night, when nobody uses them (so we were told by the hosts) and are being automatically turned off in the morning. This should be taken into account when considering renting the villa.
